8th Annual Arsenal Summer Classic presented by Nike Application This online application does not guarantee entry into the tournament. Once you have completed your information input, press the 'Submit' button once. The e-mail address provided for the Team Contact Person will be emailed a link to allow them to update their registration form and to print a copy of their registration form. Print out the registration form and mail it in to: Arsenal FC c/o Chris Kingston P.O. Box 2365 Temecula, CA 92593-2365. Please enter your team's age as for the 2007/2008 season. Each team entering the tournament will need to complete this online registration form. Each team must have a unique logon Username. Tournament Dates: Boys U8 – U19 June 7 & 8, 2008 Girls U8 – U19 June 14 & 15, 2008

RELEASE OF LIABILITY: If accepted to participate in the 8th Annual Arsenal Summer Classic presented by Nike, we agree to release, hold harmless, and indemnify the Arsenal FC officials, coaches, referees, sponsors, and their employees, agents, officers, and directors from any and all liability for injury or damage to persons, property, or economic interests connected with or arising out of any action taken by them in good faith or out of the failure by them to act. In the event of inclement weather or other force majeure, the Arsenal FC shall be the sole and exclusive judge of whether the tournament shall be held, canceled, continued, or postponed and we hereby release Arsenal FC, and all persons or entities mentioned above from any and all liability for direct or consequential damages resulting from the exercise by them of such judgment. We certify that each player registered by us for the tournament is covered by an approved insurance plan.
