SWSC Announces adidas® Agreement
Southwest Soccer Club is pleased to announce a major agreement with adidas® USA, which will continue at least through the year 2006.
adidas® is the largest manufacturer and supplier of soccer uniforms, apparel, shoes and equipment in the world. Originally a German company founded by Adi Dassler, hence the name, adidas® USA is now a worldwide company and the sponsor of most major soccer clubs in both Europe and South America.
With this agreement, Southwest SC joins an elite group of soccer clubs that have secured a sponsorship package from adidas® USA.
During the period of the agreement, all Southwest SC players will wear adidas® uniforms exclusively. All Southwest coaches will be provided with adidas® apparel, as well.
Information about Southwest SC tournaments will be included in the adidas® catalog, which will be available at every soccer store in the USA. It is estimated that over one million catalogs will be printed annually.
