2006 SWSC Winter Classic Check-in Information

Check in for Girls teams U08 – U14 will be Friday, January19, 2007 6:00 PM to 9:30 PM. Check in will be held at the Holiday Inn Express, 27660 Jefferson Ave, Temecula from 6:00 PM – 9:30 PM.

Holiday Inn Express is located 27660 Jefferson Ave, Temecula, CA 92590.

You must bring the following documents to Team Check-In otherwise you will not be allowed to play.

• Match Report Match Report (.pdf) - (.xls format) -
  Please print on cardstock (heavy paper) in Landscape Mode.
• Laminated Player Cards – 2006/2007 season
• Current Player Registration Forms (Medical Releases) & provide a copy of Birth Certificate in case of a problem
• Hotel Information if staying the night
• Emergency Contact cell phone #’s for both your coach & manager
• Travel papers - if needed
