2006 Southwest Soccer Summer Classic Application This online application does not guarantee entry into the tournament. Once you have completed your information input, press the 'Submit' button once. The e-mail address provided for the Team Contact Person will be emailed a link to allow them to update their registration form and to print a copy of their registration form. Please enter your team's age as for the 2005/2006 season. Each team entering the tournament will need to complete this online registration form. Each team will pay using the PAY PAL system. RELEASE OF LIABILITY: If accepted to participate in the Southwest Soccer Classic Tournament, we agree to release, hold harmless, and indemnify the Southwest Soccer Club (SWSC) officials, coaches, referees, sponsors, and their employees, agents, officers, and directors from any and all liability for injury or damage to persons, property, or economic interests connected with or arising out of any action taken by them in good faith or out of the failure by them to act. In the event of inclement weather or other force majeure, the SWSC shall be the sole and exclusive judge of whether the tournament shall be held, canceled, continued, or postponed and we hereby release SWSC, and all persons or entities mentioned above from any and all liability for direct or consequential damages resulting from the exercise by them of such judgment. We certify that each player registered by us for the tournament is covered by an approved insurance plan.
