BU16 Elite Sweeps!
The BU16 Elite team, coached by Jeremy Healey, is the champions of the Southwest Premier Cup. The tournament was played over a chilly Thanksgiving weekend. The men played up a division in the BU17 bracket. They defeated their opponents Fallbrook 8-0, Foothill Storm 2-0, SWSC BU15 Elite 2-0 and Chula Vista Pumas 2-0. All players are currently playing for their high school teams, 12 on Varsity and 3 on Junior Varsity. When they resume with SWSC in March, they will be competing in the highly skilled and competitive Far West Regional Spring League. What a busy group, have a great season guys!
