England Trip 2006 Comments

Mrs. Willow (Gail Wilson):
As a parent of a SWSC player, Jared Wilson AKA Willow a U16 goalkeeper I would like to THANK YOU and the league for offering educational and training experiences such as the recent England trip.

My son and I attended the trip, and had a wonderful time. Jared continued to develop skill and confidence while competing in both tournaments and friendly games. The boys represented SWSC in such an exemplary manner and were complimented accordingly. I also want to thank the dedication of coaches Pete, and Colby who gave of their time to be with the boys in England, and to you, Muddy, and Colby for continuing practices and conditioning during the summer. It truly takes everyone to make it all work, and it did very well.
Thanks once again for allowing the boys this opportunity for growth and development.

Paul Stevens from Whitby, England:
After the Seaton Carew Tournament we followed your team’s games & results. We were all impressed with the level of play and the behaviour of your boys on and off the field.

We have had several American teams over the years visit the Northeast of England and without question the level of your team speaks volumes for your club. Your Club has quite the reputation in this area.

Please pass this on to your club staff.

Regard, Paul Stevens

Craig Hobbs:
My name is Craig Hobbs from Yarm Town Junior Football club in England hosts for your recent team’s visits to the UK.

I would just like to compliment your boys on their impeccable behaviour whilst over here. There has been lots of good feedback from all the teams they played. They definitely made a lasting impression and the football they played was excellent and in right spirit.
Pete Gregory deserves a knighthood for his hard work 24/7 in making the trip run without a hitch.
I would definitely have them over here again. Look forward to meeting you.

Regards Craig Hobbs
